New Permit and Development Portal
The City of Raleigh will be launching a new Permit and Development Portal in July. The Development Services department has outlined detailed information regarding the new Portal on the City’s website. During the launch of this new Portal, there will be a short transition period where development relayed activities and services will be limited. As a result, there will be no updates to datasets hosting data from our permitting application. The following datasets will be impacted: Building Permits Building Permits Past 31 Days Building Permits Past 180 Days Building Permits Under Review Permits Other Than Buildings Development Plans Rezoning Requests Datasets impacted by this transition should begin receiving new data on the day after Development Services resumes full service.
